How To Unlock Items Online

Hello Penguins,

Have you ever wondered why Penguins have these rare and exclusive items? Do you know why they have them? Well, this page is to help you with all of those questions. This page will give you a tour of how to unlock items online.

Step 1:

First of all, you need to buy a Club Penguin Toy. There are lots of toys that come with codes. All you’ve got to do to see if your toy has a code, is if it has the ‘Unlock Items’ symbol. Here are some toys that do have codes:

• Penguin Plush
• Puffle Plush
• Mix ‘N’ Match Figures
• Playsets
• Card-Jitsu Cards
• Club Penguin Books

Step 2:

Once you have a toy, you need to go to www.ClubPenguin.com. Now, to unlock your items either go to the Homepage and click the ‘Unlock Items Online’ symbol, or go to the login page and click the same symbol.

Step 3:

Once you’ve clicked on that symbol. Login with your Penguin’s username and password. If you’ve saved your penguin onto your computer, then you just need to click on your Penguin and then ‘Sign In’.

Step 4:

You will then come to a page which says ‘Unlock Your Items. Choose An Option’. If you have a Coin Code, click the symbol that says ‘I Have A Code’. If you have a book, click the symbol that says ‘I Have A Book’.

Step 5:

If you have a Coin Code or a Card-Jitsu Code, enter your code exactly into the box. You have to enter it correctly otherwise your code won’t work. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be taken into a special book called the ‘Treasure Book’. (Go To Step 7)

Step 6:

Now if you have a book, you have to pick what book you have from the selection. Once you’ve found your book, click on it and you’ll be asked to find a word in your book. Find that word and then enter it. (Go To Step 8)

Step 7:

Congratulations, you’ve unlocked the Treasure Book. Flip through the pages to decide what items to unlock. Once you’ve found an item you want, click on the ‘Unlock’ icon on that item. You’ll be asked if you want that item, click ‘Yes’. You can keep track on how many items you’ve got left to unlock by looking on the top. Make sure to unlock all your items before you click ‘Done’.

Step 8:

Congratulations, you’ve now unlocked a Blue Book if it’s your first time unlocking a book and some coins. If you unlock more than one book, you’ll get more coins next time.

Step 9:

You’ve finished. Click ‘Play Now!’ and then login to a Server. Whatever you unlocked, it’ll be in your inventory when you login to Club Penguin. Whether you have a membership or are a free player, you’ll always have access to your items you unlocked.
